Items personalised with a single initial can be exchanged or returned within 30 calendar days. Returns are issued as store credit with no expiry date, with a €5 handling fee. Exclusions include embroidered text, more than one initial, personalised cuffs, Outlet and Special Prices.

How do I personalise it?
Choose colour, size and letter style. Then choose your initial in the personaliser and check the preview before adding to your basket. Cuff embroidery is optional and costs extra.
How long does it take?
We prepare your order within 24 business hours. Standard delivery then takes 24–72 hours. Express delivery takes 24 business hours, subject to the cutoff time and availability. Standard shipping to Spain (mainland and the Balearic Islands) and Portugal is free from €65; see the conditions for other regions.
Can I exchange it?
Yes, items with a single initial can be exchanged within 30 calendar days. Returns are issued as store credit with no expiry, with a €5 handling fee. Personalised cuffs, embroidered text, more than one initial, Outlet and Special Prices are excluded.
