SHIPPING

Orders are prepared within 48 hours on business days (not including Spanish holidays) and shipped from our own workshop in Gerona (Spain).
All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop, so they must arrive in perfect condition. If, on the contrary, this is not the case, please contact us to solve it as soon as possible.
NOTE: Due to the saturation of courier companies during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas campaigns, it is possible that some shipments may experience delays in delivery. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.

Express Shipping: 24 hours or Standard Shipping: 24-72 hours.
Cost: €3.95 or free on orders over €60.
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra :
Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days.
Cost: €6.95 or free on orders over €90.

European Union :

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from when the order is delivered.
NOTE : In the special Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas campaigns (orders placed between November 20 and January 6), we extend the period for exchanges and returns until January 31, 2024, thus allowing the gifts to be truly affordable. taste and measure of those who receive it.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS PORTAL

- Exchanges or returns of products in the OUTLET section will not be accepted.
- Exchanges or returns of products with names, texts or more than 1 initial will not be accepted.
- It is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise said exchange or return will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to provide appropriate packaging to ensure that returned products are in perfect condition.
- The transportation costs of the exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer and are managed through the portal.
- In the case of requesting a return, a Store Credit voucher will be generated, with no expiration date to be redeemed at any time.
- For international exchanges, a return must first be made and once you receive the Store Credit, you can place a new order with the desired exchange.
