SHIPMENTS, CHANGES AND RETURNS
IMPORTANT :
All Anitials products are personalized and created on demand, we ask you to check the models, sizes, colors and letters to avoid changes and returns as much as possible.
You have all the information, size guides and references in each of the products.

1. SHIPMENTS:

Orders are prepared Monday through Friday. Orders placed during the weekend or on public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop, so they must arrive in perfect condition. If, on the contrary, this is not the case, please contact us.

Important: Due to the saturation of courier companies during Black Friday, Cyber Monday and Christmas, some shipments may experience delays in delivery. If your order has not been delivered in a reasonable time, contact us.

2. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
GENERAL CONDITIONS:

The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 14 calendar days from the time the order is delivered.

Changes or returns of products in the "SALE" section will not be accepted.

Changes or returns of personalized products with names or more than 1 initial will not be accepted.

It is essential that the products subject to an exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use, otherwise said exchange or return will not be accepted. It is the customer's responsibility to provide adequate packaging to ensure that the returned products are in perfect condition.
CHANGES of orders in the Peninsula:
- Send an e-mail to info@anitials.com with the order number, the reason for the change and the data where to make the change.
- Management cost: €5 per change . Includes pickup and redelivery.
- Once the change is confirmed by email, a link will be sent to proceed with the payment of the management cost.
- It is essential that the package is prepared at the time of the change. If you do not deliver the item you want to change, the delivery person will not be able to deliver the new package.
CHANGES of orders outside the Peninsula or International :
Once the change is confirmed by email at info@anitials.com , the customer must send the product to our workshop on his own. Once received, you will be provided with a Personalized Credit Card for the same value of the product and you will be able to place the order again.
RETURNS of orders in the Peninsula:

Send an e-mail to info@anitials.com with the order number, the reason for the return and the contact information.

We offer 2 options for national returns to the Peninsula:
- Pick up at home. Management cost: €5.
- Send the package on behalf of others to our workshop once the return is confirmed by email.
- Once the return is received in perfect condition, we will send to the e-mail with which the order was placed, a Personalized Credit Card for the same value of the product or products returned.
RETURNS of orders outside the Peninsula or International:
Once the return is confirmed by email at info@anitials.com , the customer must send the product to be returned to our workshop on his own.
- In all cases, once the returned product is received in our workshop in perfect condition, we will send a Personalized Credit Card to the e-mail with which the order was placed.
Personalized Subscription Card:
- The value of the coupon will be the total amount of the returned items. (In the case of requesting home collection management, the amount of the management cost -€5) will be deducted.
- It does not expire and can be redeemed whenever you want and for the items you want, available on our website.
- To redeem it, you must enter your coupon code in the "Gift Card or Discount Code" section of the final cart on the payment page.
