• Orders are prepared within 48 hours on working days (not including Spanish holidays).
• All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in Girona (Spain), so they must arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
• Due to the saturation of courier companies during Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Christmas or special events campaigns, some shipments may experience delays in delivery. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, please contact us.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. That's why, although all Anitials products are personalized, we accept exchanges and returns.

• The maximum period to request an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
• During Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and Christmas we extend the period for exchanges and returns until January 31, to ensure that the gifts are completely to the liking and measure of those who receive them.
• The cost of exchange or return is €5, including collection and/or new shipping, and will be managed through the portal.
• In case of product return, a store credit voucher will be issued with no expiration date.
• International Exchanges: First, a return must be made. Once you receive the store credit, you can use it to place a new order with the desired exchange.
• It is essential that the products subject to exchange or return are in perfect condition and without obvious signs of use. Otherwise, the exchange or return will not be accepted. In addition, it is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that the returned products arrive in perfect condition.
