Every Anitials item is personalised individually in our Girona workshop. Please check the size, colour and selected initials or wording before completing your order. A size guide is available on each product page.

SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping · Prepared within 24 working hours

We prepare each order in our Girona workshop within 24 working hours. Orders placed before 2 pm may be dispatched on the same working day.

Once dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

Delivery times: calculated from dispatch. Any delays caused by the carrier are beyond Anitials' control, although we'll help you resolve any delivery issues.

Undelivered parcels: if a parcel is returned because the recipient did not receive or collect it for reasons attributable to them, the return shipping cost and any new delivery cost will be charged to the recipient.

    • Standard delivery or collection point (24–48 working hours): €3.50 · Free on orders of €75 or more.
    • Express delivery (24 working hours): €6.90.
    • Saturday express delivery: €10, for orders placed between Thursday at 3 pm and Friday at 3 pm.

    Carrier: Correos Express.

  • Standard delivery (2–7 working days): €9.90 · Free on orders of €90 or more.

    For destinations requiring customs clearance, provide your national ID or identification document when requested at checkout.

    Carrier: Correos.

  • Europe:

    • Standard delivery (3–5 working days): €8 · Free on orders of €69 or more.
    • Express delivery (2–3 working days): €15.

    Rest of the world:

    • Standard delivery (5–10 working days): €25 · Free on orders of €200 or more.

    Carrier: UPS. Track your shipment.

    Orders shipped outside the EU may incur import duties or customs charges payable by the recipient.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Also available for many personalised items

You can request exchanges and returns at Anitials, including for many personalised products.

  • Time limit: 30 calendar days from delivery.
  • Handling fee: €5.
  • Conditions: items must be unused, in perfect condition, with original packaging and tags.
  • Returns: store credit with no expiry date.
  • Black Friday and Christmas: extended return period until 31 January for orders included in these promotions.
REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  • We do not accept commercial exchanges or returns for Outlet, Special Prices or special promotional items, or products featuring personalised text, double personalisation, personalised cuffs or more than one initial.
