SHIPMENTS

We ship worldwide

  • Orders are prepared within 24/48 working hours (excluding Spanish public holidays).
  • All orders are carefully prepared in our workshop in Girona, Spain, so they should arrive in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Due to high volume at courier companies during Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday, Christmas, or other special events, some shipments may experience delivery delays. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us.
    • Spain (Peninsula), Balearic Islands and Portugal :
      Standard Shipping 24-72h | Free.
      Express 24h Delivery | Cost: €9.95.
      Two delivery attempts will be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be forwarded to the nearest GLS Parcel Shop.
    • Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra :
      Standard Shipping: 2-6 business days.
      Cost: €5.95 | Free on orders over €75.
      It is essential to write your ID number in the shipping information.
    • European Union :
      International Standard Shipping: 3-5 days | Cost: €5.95 | Free on orders over €99.
      International Express Shipping: 1-2 days | Cost: €19.
    • Rest of the world :
      International Express Shipping: 5-10 business days.
      Cost: €25 | Free on orders over €200.


    NOTE: Orders placed from countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs clearance fees according to local regulations, which will be the customer's responsibility. If, after receiving notification of the package's arrival at its destination, the customer refuses or fails to collect the delivery at a designated collection point, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the order refund once we receive the package back at our workshop.

  • We'll notify you by email when your order is ready. Once the shipping company picks it up, you'll receive an email or text message with all the details about your shipment. This message will include your tracking number, which will allow you to see the location of your order at any time and manage its delivery.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Easy and fast

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your product. Therefore, although all Anitials products are personalized, we accept exchanges and returns.

  • The maximum period for requesting an exchange or return is 30 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
  • During the Black Friday, Cyber ​​Monday and Christmas campaigns, we extend the exchange and return period until January 31st, to ensure that the gifts are fully appreciated and appropriate for those who receive them.
  • The exchange or return process costs €5, including collection and/or new shipment, and will be managed through the portal.
  • In case of product return, a store credit voucher with no expiration date will be issued.
  • International exchanges: Returns must be processed through the portal. Once the product is received, a store credit voucher will be issued, which can be used to place a new order with the desired exchange.
  • It is essential that products being returned or exchanged are in the same condition as when you received them: unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable packaging to ensure that returned products arrive in perfect condition.

    • No exchanges or returns will be accepted for products from the OUTLET or SPECIAL PRICES section.
    • No exchanges or returns will be accepted for personalized products from the following collections:

      - SWEATSHIRTS WITH DOUBLE CUSTOMIZATION: DATE + CUFF.
