Anitials SL is the owner of the Website and the provider of the products and/or services marketed through it.
The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a specific price expressly stated on this Website, of a specific product or service.
Purchasing through this website implies adherence to the T&C in the version published at the time of accessing the Website, which implies that the User:

• Has read and understands the content of this document.
• Is a person with sufficient capacity to contract.
• Assumes the obligation to comply with the provisions set forth in this document.

The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during the online purchasing process. Additionally, if the procurement on this Website requires User registration, the User is fully responsible for the use and custody of the Username and password provided, and will be held accountable for actions performed with them. The User must notify the provider as soon as they become aware of the loss, disclosure, or unauthorized access of a third party to their private registered User area.

Anitials reserves the right to modify these T&C without affecting the products or services that have been acquired through the Website prior to such modification.

PRICE, PAYMENT METHOD, AND DISCOUNT CODES

All prices of products or services on the Website include VAT and other applicable taxes. In any case, prices will be expressed in Euros (€).

The prices displayed for each product or service may not include shipping, handling, packaging, shipping insurance, or any other additional service to the product or service acquired unless expressly stated otherwise. Any such additional costs that apply will be communicated to the User before finalizing the purchase.

The applicable prices for each product or service will be those published on the Website and applied automatically by the procurement process in its final phase. The User assumes that the economic valuation of some of the offered products or services may vary in real-time. In any case, this will always be communicated prior to finalizing the sale.

The User is obligated to pay at the time of placing the order and can pay using any of the payment methods specified on the Website.

After the payment is made, the User will receive a confirmation email of the order, including a summary of the purchased items, the requested shipping method, and the delivery address.

Anitials may occasionally offer discount codes to its Users. These discounts can only be applied in accordance with Anitials' specific instructions regarding each code, and in any case, Users can only use one code per order.

The use of discount codes may not be compatible with certain promotional actions and collections.

DELIVERY TIME AND LOCATION

Anitials will deliver orders to the address provided by the User in the corresponding purchase form.

Anitials assumes no responsibility when the delivery of orders is not made due to false, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the User, as well as for any reason attributable to the User.

Anitials will take all necessary measures to ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe. Anitials considers payment confirmation, by any of the enabled systems, a necessary condition to maintain delivery times. However, the times indicated to the User are an estimate and may vary due to logistical or force majeure reasons.

The delivery will be considered made once Anitials or the hired transportation company makes the product available to the User.

WARRANTY AND REPAIR

1.1 CONTENT AND DURATION OF THE WARRANTY

Anitials products are covered by a limited warranty against any manufacturing defect for a period of 15 days from the receipt of the order.

This warranty will only be valid when accompanied by the proof of purchase (indicating the date and order number) along with the defective product during the warranty period. Anitials reserves the right not to offer free warranty service if the indicated documents are not presented or if the information contained is incomplete or illegible. If returned within the warranty period, Anitials agrees to repair or replace the defective product or any of its parts at no additional cost.

1.2 WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not cover any of the following situations:

• Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or natural disasters.
• Malfunction or damage caused by improper use, lack of care (impacts, crushing, dents, broken glass...), or accidents.
• Defects and damages due to normal wear and tear.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1.1 DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the case of a defective product, you must contact info@anitials.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image clearly showing the defect, and we will try to verify that the product is indeed defective.

If you need to send the product to the warehouse, Anitials will cover the shipping costs. Once it is verified that the product is defective, a refund or exchange will be made for the affected User.

1.2 INCORRECT ORDER

If you receive an order that does not correspond to what you purchased, you must contact info@anitials.com within 14 days of receiving the order and send us an image showing everything you received with their respective references in the box and the proof of payment and shipping. We will provide a solution as soon as possible once the content is verified.

Anitials will cover the shipping costs. Once it is verified that the order was incorrect, a refund or exchange will be made for the affected User.

The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging with any accompanying tags.

1.3 ORDER EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

The period for any exchange or return is 30 days from the receipt of the order. The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging with any accompanying tags. The cost of the exchange or return will be borne by the customer.

1.4 REFUND PROCESSING TIME

Once the package has been received at our offices or warehouse, it is processed before the return approval. The product must be shipped within 14 days from the receipt of the order, must not have been used, and must be in its original packaging with any accompanying tags.

If your return is approved, a personalized Gift Card for the value of the merchandise will be issued within 24/48 hours after the receipt and approval of the return, and you will be notified by email of the transaction. Once issued, the Gift Card does not expire and can be redeemed at any time for any available items on our website.

USE OF THE WEBSITE

The Website provides access to content on the Internet belonging to Anitials that the User can access. The User assumes responsibility for the use of the portal. This responsibility extends to the registration required to access certain services or content. In such registration, the User will be responsible for providing truthful and lawful information.

The User agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services that Anitials offers through its Website and, by way of example but not limited to, not to use them to (i) engage in illegal activities, unlawful or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or violating human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Anitials, its suppliers, or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are capable of causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempt to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other Users and modify or manipulate their messages.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Anitials complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the development of the Organic Law, and other regulations in force at any given time, ensuring the correct use and treatment of the User's personal data. To this end, alongside each form for collecting personal data, in the services that the User may request from Anitials, the User will be informed of the existence and acceptance of the specific conditions for the treatment of their data in each case, informing them of the responsibility of the created file, the address of the responsible party, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition, the purpose of the treatment, and any data communications to third parties, if applicable. Additionally, Anitials informs that it complies with Law 34/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce and will request consent to process the User's email for commercial purposes at any given time.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Anitials, itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained therein (by way of example, images, sound, audio, video, software, or texts; trademarks or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.), owned by Anitials or its licensors. All rights reserved. Pursuant to the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication, including the mode of making available, of all or part of the content of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Anitials, are expressly prohibited. The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Anitials. They may view the elements of the portal and even print, copy, and store them on the hard drive of their computer or any other physical medium provided it is solely and exclusively for their personal and private use. The User must refrain from deleting, altering, evading, or manipulating any protection device or security system that was installed on the pages of Anitials.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

Anitials is not liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any nature that may be caused, by way of example: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the content, despite having adopted all the necessary technological measures to prevent it.

MODIFICATIONS

Anitials reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to its portal without prior notice, being able to change, delete, or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way they are presented or located on the portal.

Anitials may modify these conditions at any time, being duly published as they appear here. The validity of these conditions will depend on their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.

In no case will Anitials assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to an external Website, nor guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, veracity, validity, and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlinks or other Internet sites. The inclusion of these external connections will not imply any type of association, merger, or participation with the connected entities.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1 RIGHT OF THE BRAND TO CANCEL ORDERS

Anitials reserves the right to cancel any order, at its sole discretion, at any time before the product is delivered to the Customer. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to:

• Errors in product or price information published on the platform.
• Problems with payment processing.
• Fraud or suspicious activity detected in the order.
• Unavailability of the product.
• Inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by the Customer.

If Anitials decides to cancel an order, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone number provided at the time of placing the order.

1.2 REFUND PROCEDURE:

If Anitials cancels the order, a full refund of the amount paid by the Customer will be processed using the same payment method the Customer used at the time of purchase. The refund will be processed within 15 days from the cancellation notification.

1.3 EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

If the canceled order included products purchased under promotions or discounts, any refund will be made based on the actual amount paid by the Customer, not the original price of the product.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in what is not expressly established.

Anitials and the User agree to submit any controversy that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these T&C to the Courts and Tribunals of the domicile of the purchasing party if the User is a final consumer, or, where applicable, to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona if the User is a company.

Anitials will pursue the breach of these conditions as well as any improper use of its portal by exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond in law.
