Orders are prepared within 48 business hours (excluding Spanish public holidays).

Each order is carefully processed in our workshop in Girona (Spain) to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If this is not the case, please contact us at info@anitials.com, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Due to high demand during Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, or special events, some deliveries may experience delays. If your order has not been delivered within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to info@anitials.com.

Orders placed from countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs clearance fees, according to local regulations. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the package arrives at its destination and the customer chooses to refuse delivery, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the order refund.
